Gyms & fitness studios

Memberships that renew, because someone reminded them.

Ezyo tracks every member's plan, what they owe and when their membership ends, then sends the renewal reminder on WhatsApp before you lose them.

Where gyms lose money

Most members do not quit. They just lapse.

A membership ends, nobody notices for three weeks, and by then the person has stopped coming and stopped thinking about it. Reminding them the week before is the cheapest retention there is.

Plans and expiry dates

Monthly, quarterly or annual plans, each with its own price and duration, attached to the member who bought it.

Renewal reminders

WhatsApp reminders fire before expiry and again after, on a schedule you control rather than when someone remembers.

Payments and receipts

Record cash, UPI or online payments and share a digital receipt on the same thread.

What this is, and what it is not

Being direct saves you a demo you did not need.

It does

Member records, plans and expiry, recurring payments, renewal and dues reminders, digital receipts, member cards with QR, collection and lapsed-member reporting.

It does not

Workout programmes, nutrition plans, trainer scheduling, or biometric door hardware. If those are your priority, this is not your system.

It needs

A WhatsApp Business account for automatic reminders, and a payment gateway if members should pay online.

Why a school software company builds gym software

Because it is the same problem. A gym membership and a term's school fees are both recurring dues with a date attached and a follow-up nobody has time for. Ezyo was built around that cycle, so the gym workflow uses the same engine rather than a separate bolted-on module.

Frequently asked

Questions schools ask us

Can we run different membership plans?
Yes. Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual plans can each have their own price and duration, and a member is attached to the plan they bought.
How do renewal reminders work?
Every membership has an end date. Rules you set send a WhatsApp reminder a few days before it expires and follow up after, so a lapsed member gets a nudge instead of quietly disappearing. Automatic sending needs a WhatsApp Business account with templates approved by Meta.
Does it handle personal training or add-on packages?
An add-on can be recorded as a separate charge against the member alongside their base plan, so a PT package does not have to be tracked in a different book.
Can members check in with a QR code?
Yes. A member card can carry a QR that identifies the member on scan. What the scanner sees is governed by the access rules you configure, so a found card does not expose someone's payment history.
Is this billing software or full gym software with workout plans?
It handles the business side: members, plans, payments, renewals, reminders, receipts and reporting. It does not build workout programmes or nutrition plans, and we would rather say that upfront than in the demo.
We have about 200 members. Is that a good fit?
Yes. Single-branch gyms between roughly 80 and 600 members are the typical size, and setup is fast because there is usually only a current member list to import.

Tell us your plans and member count.

We will load a sample into Ezyo for the demo so you see your own renewal list, not a generic screen.
