Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of this website and, where you are a customer, to your use of the Ezyo platform alongside your signed order form. Last updated: 28 August 2026.
Agreement
By using this website you accept these terms. If your institution subscribes to Ezyo, the commercial relationship is governed by the order form or customer agreement signed with Ezyo. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.
Use of the service
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information your staff enter, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for using the platform lawfully. You must not attempt to access another institution's data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access without our written agreement.
Your data
Student, guardian, fee and payment records that your institution enters remain your institution's data. We process them to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect the parent and student information you upload.
Communication features
WhatsApp reminders and receipt sharing depend on the WhatsApp Business Platform. You need an eligible WhatsApp Business account and message templates approved by Meta. Delivery, template approval and per-conversation charges are controlled by Meta, not by Ezyo, and we cannot guarantee that any individual message will be delivered or read. You are responsible for the content of the templates you approve and for not sending messages to people who have opted out.
Payments and gateways
Where online fee collection is enabled, funds are handled by the payment gateway your institution contracts with. Gateway fees, settlement timelines, chargebacks and refunds are governed by that gateway's terms. Ezyo records the transaction against the student; it is not the payment processor.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted data capture produces a draft record from a document or photo. It is an aid, not a substitute for verification. Your staff must review a draft before it becomes an official record, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of the saved data.
Fees and subscription
Subscription fees, billing cycle, student-count tier and included workflows are set out in your order form. Third-party costs such as WhatsApp conversation charges and payment gateway fees are billed separately by those providers unless your order form states otherwise.
Availability and support
We work to keep the platform available and will give reasonable notice of planned maintenance where practical. Any uptime commitment or support response target that applies to you is the one stated in your signed agreement.
Changes to the service
The platform evolves and features may be added, changed or retired. We will not remove a capability that your signed agreement specifically commits to without agreeing a path forward with you.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for non-payment or for use that endangers the security of the platform or other customers, after notifying you where circumstances allow. On termination, your data can be exported as provided in your agreement before deletion.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law. Subject to that, our liability arising from the service is limited as set out in your signed agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless your signed agreement specifies otherwise.
