Staff payouts

Teacher payments, beside the money coming in.

Track what each teacher and staff member is paid and when, in the same system that records your fee collections, so the month's picture is complete.

The problem

Collections in one register, salaries in another

Most schools can tell you what they collected this month. Far fewer can tell you what they collected and paid out, without someone sitting down with two books and a calculator.

Per-person payout records

Each payment is recorded against the staff member, with the date, amount and period it covers.

Payment history

A staff member's past payouts stay on their record, so a query about last quarter does not become an archaeology exercise.

Monthly outflow view

Salary outflow reporting sits alongside fee collection reporting for the same period.

Scope

What this is, and what it is not

Being clear about the boundary saves you a wasted demo.

It does

Staff records, payout tracking, payment history, period-wise outflow, and role-based access to salary data.

It does not

Statutory payroll computation, PF and ESI filings, TDS returns, or payslip compliance formats. Those belong with your accountant.

It works with

Your existing accounting process. Payment data can be exported for whoever prepares your books.

Useful mainly if your fees are already in Ezyo

Salary tracking on its own is something a spreadsheet does adequately. The reason to keep it here is that collections and outflow end up in the same place, for the same period, without a reconciliation step.

Frequently asked

Questions schools ask us

Can we track salaries for both teaching and non-teaching staff?
Yes. Any staff member on the payroll can have a payment record, including drivers, office staff and support staff.
Does it handle part-time and per-class teachers?
Payments can be recorded against a staff member whatever the arrangement, which fits coaching institutes where a faculty member is paid per batch rather than a fixed monthly salary.
Is this full statutory payroll with PF, ESI and TDS?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. Ezyo tracks what you pay each person and when, so the outflow sits beside your collections. Statutory computation and filings stay with your accountant or a dedicated payroll product.
Can we see collections and salary outflow together?
That is the point of keeping both in one system. A principal looking at a month can see what came in from fees and what went out in salaries without opening two separate registers.
Who can see salary information?
Access is controlled by role. Salary figures are sensitive and should not be visible to every staff member who can record a fee payment.
