Frequently asked
Questions schools ask us
Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents scan the QR on their child's ID card with a normal phone camera. The card page shows recent homework and school notices.
How does a teacher give homework?
The teacher picks the class, writes the homework, adds the subject and due date, and can attach a photo of the page. One entry reaches every student in that class.
How long does homework stay visible?
The card page shows homework and posts from the last 14 days, newest first, so parents are not scrolling through the whole year.
Can the school send notices the same way?
Yes. Notices can go to the whole school or to one class, can be marked important, and can be given an end date after which they stop showing.
