How to choose an ID card design and print a card
Pick ID card designs for boys and girls, then print a student's QR ID card.
Web app → Settings → Templates → ID Card
Open Settings, then Templates, and click the ID Card tab.
Choose Boys or Girls and pick a colour.
Click Use for boys or Use for girls on the design you like.
To print a card, open Students and click the eye icon on the student.
Open Cards & Certificates, then the ID Card tab.
Press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P on Mac) to print or save it as a PDF.
Tips
- Each card has its own QR code. Parents scan it to see fees, homework and notices.
