How to see due fees and remind parents
Find students with overdue fees and send the parent a fee notice on WhatsApp.
Web app → Due Fee
Open Due Fee. The total due is shown at the top.
Filter by class, or search for a student by name.
On the student's row, click Send Reminder. The overdue fee notice opens.
Click the WhatsApp icon and press send in WhatsApp.
After a call, click Follow-ups and use the + icon to note what the parent said and any promised date.
Tips
- You can send one reminder per student every 24 hours.
- Use the Promise date filter to see who promised to pay today or tomorrow.
